Reactor Vessel

Our reactor vessel fabrication unit handles pressure vessels from design stage to final hydro-testing. All vessels are fabricated by certified welders using qualified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) as per ASME Section IX.

  • Temperature range: -20°C to 450°C
  • Material: CS, SS 304, SS 316, Duplex Steel, Hastelloy
  • NDT: RT, UT, MPT, LPT as per client specification
  • Third-party inspection by IBR, CCOE, Lloyd, Bureau Veritas

Documentation

Complete documentation including MTC, test reports, WPS, welder qualifications, and final inspection reports are provided with every vessel.
